Breakfast

Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 10.30am. Brioche straight from the oven, bread, butter, jam, yoghurt, granola are homemade or coming from the neighbouringfarms. Coffee and tea are available for hot drinks. Fresh eggs can be prepared soft-boiled, scrambled or as an omelette.

Breakfast is 15 euros per person, eggs are extra.

THE RESTAURANT

D’UNE ILE’S KITCHEN IS SEASONAL, SUSTAINABLE AND RUSTIC, ANCHORED IN ITS ENVIRONMENT, THE PERCHE REGIONAL NATURE PARK. WE WORK LARGELY WITH PLANTS. FRUITS, VEGETABLES AND HERBS COME FROM THE ARTISAN FARMERS AND LOCAL MARKETS, SOMETIMES EVEN FROM OUR GARDEN OR WILDPICKING. THE MEAT, CHEESE AND CREAM ARE FROM LOCAL FARMS. FOR THE MARINE PRODUCTS, THE “PETITE LAURA” BOAT DELIVERS US THEIR ARTISANAL AND RESPONSIBLE FISHING STRAIGHT FROM THE CHAUSEY ISLANDS. ALL THESE PRODUCTS RESPECT THE CYCLES OF NATURE, AND THE MENU IS SUBJECT TO DAILY CHANGES.

THE RESTAURANT IS OPEN FOR LUNCH AND DINNER, ON RESERVATION.
LUNCH IS SERVED FROM NOON TO 1.30PM, WITH A SIMPLE A LA CARTE MENU.
DINNER FROM 7 TO 9.30PM WITH A SET MENU IN 4 STEPS AT 44 EUROS.
